The competition will take place at the concert hall “Lielais dzintars” (at Radio iela 8, Liepāja, Latvia) on 9 December 2024 at 12:00.Requirements for the Applicants:
- Professional higher music education in the speciality of trombone playing;
- Experience with working in an orchestra, experience as a concertmaster will be considered as an advantage;
- Ability to work in the primary job with the Liepāja Symphony Orchestra.
Main job duties:- To prepare and play orchestral pieces of the trombone section at high artistic quality;
- To ensure the quality of work of the trombone section;
- To adhere to the work plans and structure, as well as other internal regulations of the Liepāja Symphony Orchestra;
- To maintain and to improve his/her individual mastery throughout duration of the contract.
