How quickly can I set up my account?
The account setup process involves two steps. First, you create an account and fill in your orchestra's profile. Once completed, we will verify your account and make it public. After verification, you'll be able to publish vacancies immediately.
What does it cost?
New orchestras get 5 free vacancy posts to start. After that, each listing is €100 for up to 3 months. We will never apply retroactive charges if pricing changes.
Can we still use our current platforms?
Yes! OrchestraPLAN is designed to be flexible. If you already use another platform for collecting applications, you can still use our audition announcement and promotion tools to reach a wider audience via our exclusive channels like Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram.
