AOSTA-BONES 2025 isn’t your typical summer masterclass. It’s a week where musicians live, play, eat, and laugh together—like a family.
From July 28 to August 3, in the beautiful town of Aosta, Italy, trombone and tuba players gather not just to study, but to connect.
Hosted at the Federico Chabod Boarding School, everyone stays under the same roof: private rooms, shared meals, open spaces, spontaneous music.
Teachers, students, tutors—no barriers, just people sharing a deep love for music.
The program includes:

  • Daily lessons, ensemble work, sight-reading, improvisation, concerts, and a trip.
  • Courses for all levels: beginner to advanced, plus a dedicated jazz and bass-tuba track.
  • Workshops and talks, including one on performance and the musician’s body.

On the final day, the Quarantine Quartet Competition offers a friendly stage for anyone who wants to put themselves out there, with prizes that support future growth.
The vibe? Warm, relaxed, and real. Everyone matters. Everyone contributes.
If you're looking for more than just technique—if you want connection—this is the place.
Register by June 9, 2025. Limited to 30 participants.
