The Kurt Masur Akademie - Orchestra Academy of the Dresdner Philharmonie gives particularly talented young professional musicians from Germany and abroad the opportunity to gain practical experience in the Orchestra under professional and qualified guidance and to get to know the special playing culture and the sound ideal of this traditional orchestra.
