Director of Opole Philharmonic announces a competition for the post of double bass tutti (full-time orchestral musician).Auditions of the candidates will take place on September 10, 2024 at Opole Philharmonic (address: Krakowska Street 24, 45 – 075 Opole, Poland).Musicians interested in taking part in auditions are requested to submit CV and the letter of motivation to the following e-mail address: filharmonia@filharmonia.opole.pl not later than September 2, 2024.

Opole Philharmonic reserves the right to select candidates who will be invited for the auditions.Programme of the auditions (in orchestra parts – the obligatory passages have been marked in the music materials for download):- Double Bass Concerto – first part and cadenza from one of the follwoing composers to choose from: Carl Ditters von Dittersdorf or Johann Baptist Vanhal (required is solo tuning).
