The Alabama Symphony's 2025-26 Season is 36 weeks long and includes three paid vacation weeks. Benefits include 100% individual medical insurance, disability, instrument insurance, and pension contribution to AFM-EPF, as well as a $450.00 annual Electronic Media Guarantee payment. If a position is won by a current orchestra member, the resulting vacancy may be offered to a runner-up.

Employment to begin on earliest mutually agreed date not later than December 15, 2025.
